Standards Room
Quality is the heart of this Industry and to ensure quality, we have a fully equipped Standards room with all the conventional measuring Instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micro Meter, Height Gauge, Dial Gauges, Pin Gauges, Slip Gauges, TPG, Radius Gauge etc.
- We have also acquired a Video measurement system to have a precision measurement of parts and a Profile Projector to assist it
- Being a supplier of Safety Critical Parts, all our parts produced are tested for Tensile Test on sampling basis with our in-house Tensile Testing Machine
- We are also equipped with Hardness Tester to check the hardness of the Material, parts and the tooling items
- Our parts from our Suppliers are tested for plating and coating thickness and our standards room is equipped with required instruments
